WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. We’ll spend dedicated time with you from the start. As your selected Brokerage, we will meet with you and have a
thorough Buyers Interview where we will get to know the non-negotiable as well as the desirable criteria for your future
home. This is an important (and honestly enjoyable) part of the process that helps us find not just a good home, but the
right one for you.
2. We’ll walk through properties together. Unlike popular HGTV shows, we won’t show up to a meeting with a few of our
preferred listings and encourage you to choose one quickly. Rather, we will pay attention to details as we walk through
various properties, talking out different aspects of what life in each one would look and feel like. Deciding upon a home is
exciting and can also be overwhelming journey for a Buyer. A part of our job is to help keep the search on target with a
measured thought process that doesn’t get thrown off course by pressure. A home purchase is one of the largest
investments you’ll make in your lifetime. We don’t want you to settle. We want you to find your home.
3. We have surrounded our brokerage with excellent Lenders, Title Companies, Real Estate Attorneys, Inspectors and Appraisers who we will refer you to and allow them to assist, guide and direct you in their areas of expertise.
4. The first step is getting a Pre Qualification Letter with a reputable local Lender. Choosing the right Lender is just as
important as choosing the right Realtor® and we’re here to help! The typical journey between executed contract to closing
day is approximately 30 - 45 days. We will walk beside you each step of the way, coordinating schedules for inspections
and letting you know when time is of the essence in the contract. There are contractual deadlines that must be met in
each transaction and we will help you make sure you meet them.
