About Us
Doris Adcock
Doris Adcock has a strong work ethic, a heart for others and a love for her community. She was
born in Plant City and grew up in the Brandon area. Most of her corporate career was spent in
the Tampa Bay Area. Doris loves Central Florida and the beauty this area has to offer. At the
age of seven she learned to water ski on Lake Louisa and her desire to live on the Clermont
Chain of Lakes was fulfilled when her and her husband Jimmy purchased their lakefront home
in 1997and commuted to work in the Tampa area.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR® Doris has a combined 27 years of customer service and
management supervision in telecommunications, 5 years of administrative oversight as well as
sales for a high-end custom furniture company, where she received training and realized her
love for interior design. Doris and her husband have designed and built two homes together
from start to finish; doing a good bit of the finishing work themselves. She has experience in
restoring an older home and buying and selling multiple homes and investment property.
Doris knows the value of listening to customers needs, wants and desires. She is passionate
about guiding them with honesty and integrity through each step of the Real Estate transaction.
Her goal is to exceed your expectations while servicing your Real Estate needs.
When Doris is not showing homes or hosting an open house, she can be found with her husband,
three children and their spouses and eight grandchildren boating or fishing on the Clermont Chain
of Lakes. One of her favorite hobbies is repurposing and painting furniture and creating beautiful
spaces where a house becomes a HOME.
